Decree 1789 of 2004:
By which provisions are established in relation to specialized leasing companies so that they focus their efforts on the development of the construction activity. Law 820 of 2003: The purpose of this norm is to establish the criteria that regulate the lease contracts of urban real estate for housing, in the development of the rights of Colombians to decent housing and property with a social function.
Decree 3130 of 2003:
Applicable to contracts entered into for the lease of urban housing, taking into account aspects such as the payment of public services, the lease contract, deposits and other aspects related to the lease of this type of property.
Law 820 of 2003:
Whereby the urban housing lease regime is issued and other provisions are issued to regulate lease contracts. Emphasis is placed on promoting the rights of Colombians to decent housing and property with a social function.
Decree 2223 of 1996
By which rules are indicated that guarantee the active participation of the community in the fulfilment of the commitments of the Social Pact of Productivity, Prices and Salaries.
Law 242 of 1995:
This Law modifies the legal norms that take into account the past behaviour of the Consumer Price Index as a factor for readjusting fines, cadastral values, ranges, amounts and royalties, and instead establish criteria that refer to the inflation target, in order to adjust the legislation so that it serves as an instrument for the de-indexation of the economy, in accordance with the Social Pact of Productivity, Prices and Salaries. It also determines how the inflation target should be taken into account in the issuance of regulations by the National Government and the District, Municipal and Departmental Administrations.
